She does eyelid surgery on children to elevate droopy eyelid(s) from birth to allow the development of vision. Dr. Napier also does the same for adults and can remove heavy, excess skin interfering with peripheral vision. Many non-cosmetic eyelid surgeries are covered by insurance. Having had her personal cosmetic practice in KY since 2003, she also performs cosmetic upper and lower eyelid surgery for excess skin or puffy fat, above or below eyes.
