A Note from Dr. Averitt
We are closing out our second week in our new clinic! Just as we watch our patients go through growing pains as they age, we too have seen those growing pains over the last several weeks as we transitioned to the new clinic.
In addition to the new building, our clinic has seen tremendous growth over the last two years as we have welcomed the former Rainbow Pediatric Clinic to our Best Start family.
As we move forward in 2023, we want to take this opportunity to say thank you as well as let you know we are working hard to continue giving you the personalized service and care you expect from Best Start Pediatrics.
A few updates for you:
Call Volume
Due to the new clinic location as well as recent winter weather, our call volume has been higher than normal. As we settle into our flow in the new building and get appointments rescheduled due to the winter weather, we will see those wait times decrease. We are always striving to increase our efficiency so look for changes coming soon!
Parking
Parking will be available in the front and back of the building. Please check in from your car when you arrive via the appointment link that was texted to you. If you do not receive a self check in link please call or text upon arrival and wait for further instruction.
Clinic Entrances & Signage
We will have two separate entrances, both from the first floor lobby. Once you check in via the appointment confirmation link, we will contact you and instruct you where to enter the clinic based on the purpose of your visit. The goal is to reduce time in the waiting room and limit exposure to others who might be sick. We are the first tenants in our new building and are anxiously awaiting the exterior signage. In the interim, please look for temporary signage in front of the building and on the doors.
